Saxon Roofing & Construction is a roofing and general construction company serving residential and commercial clients. All work performed by Saxon Roofing & Construction will be described in a written contract or work order agreed upon by both parties. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.

3.3 Licensing and Insurance

Saxon Roofing & Construction maintains all required licenses and insurance coverage as required by the State of Texas and applicable local jurisdictions. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.

When you submit information through our contact forms, request a quote, or otherwise communicate with us through this Site, you consent to our collection and use of that information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that any information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you have the authority to submit such information.

Payment terms for construction and roofing services will be outlined in your individual service contract. Generally:

•       A deposit may be required prior to the start of work

•       Progress payments may be required for larger projects

•       Final payment is due upon completion and satisfactory inspection of work

•       Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract

Any financing or payment plan arrangements are subject to a separate written agreement.

Saxon Roofing & Construction stands behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your written service contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the terms set forth by the respective manufacturer.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from acts of God, misuse, neglect, modifications made by others, or normal wear and tear.

Prior to initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation or mediation.

Saxon Roofing & Construction reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
